Principles of the Pour Over

The pour over has become the go-to choice for home brewing for coffee enthusiasts with good reason. With our friends from Nomad Coffee, we'll brew three different single origin coffees in three pour-over setups: the Kalita Wave, the Bonavita Full Immersion Dripper and the Chemex.

You'll leave with all the knowledge (and equipment list) you'll need to brew a great pour over at home or at Study Hall!

Come SOUP with us next Thursday, January 18th. Attendees pay $5 for soup & bread & a vote for one of four projects they think will benefit the community the most.
